Picture Farm Production is proud to announce the opening of our European offices under the supervision of Partner & Managing Director James Stewart.


Our new European HQ, known internally as PFEU, is the product of a long-standing collaboration with Mr. Stewart and U LA LA Events & Productions, a highly regarded production company with offices in London and Barcelona.

After years of working with U LA LA throughout Europe, South America and China, Picture Farm solidifies its complete commercial shoot production service for both U.S. clients working in Europe and vice versa. While focusing on print and video production, PFEU will also include creative offline post production capabilities out of the London office.

The expansions also allows PF to integrate continental talent interested in expanding their process.

Picture Farm Production, founded in 2003 by misters Ben Freedman and Chris Bren as a print-centric production company, evolved into a hybrid photo/video and creative content productions. Toddy Stewart joined as full partner in 2011. The last few years have seen Picture Farm garner wide acclaim, with various roles in award winning campaigns and films: Emmy & Clio wins for work with ESPN, Bronze Cannes Lions for work with Coke Zero & Samsung, a Bronze Die Klappe for BMW Motorrad, a PDN Gold Medal for Vogue China, a Bronze Lightbulb for our work with the Mauritshuis Museum, and Webby nominations for our work with Nike.

James Stewart set up U LA LA Events & Productions with the belief that service and quality should always be primary in any work environment. U LA LA has produced more than 400 projects for world renown brands and events for VIP guests, with presentations in Barcelona, Paris, Madrid, Ibiza, Tenerife, London, Sevilla, Malaga, Stockholm, New York and Lisbon.

Picture Farm will be the eponymous choice for the photo and video side of the business and shall retain the nom de guerre, U LA LA, for events & experiential projects.

The integration between the two companies could not be smoother as a long relationship, shared values and an overwhelming desire to help artists, agencies and brands produce great work is the bedrock foundation of the business, and will continue to propel the partnership into the future.
